Interior Design Consulting, partial or full staging,  and we also offer the expeditious remodeling of kitchens and baths. We dont just “stage” a home with a mediocre design, we turn it into the look of a model home.

Our service makes staging easy with delivery, installation,  pick up of furnishings and patching and painting of holes from wallhagings. We leave a job in move in condition.

Staging fees start at $1500 and can be paid upon delivery or upon close of escrow, requiring no payment up front. The cost to stage a standard entry, living room, accessories for 2 bathrooms and kitchen is typically $1950. Each additiinal room is $500. The staging timeframe is for 45 days and $500 monthly thereafter. However in the last two years, all but 2 staging jobs have exceeded the 45 days, which is a testament to the impact of staging.

Realtors confirm the importance of professional staging. In fact the National Association of Realtors state that professionally staged homes sell 75% faster. In addition they sell for 5-8% more than unstaged homes. Based on a $500,000 house, that equates to $25,000+ more. Even if the sale is only 1% higher, or $5000, that actually exceeds the cost of staging an entry, living room, dining room, family room, and master bedroom, leaving even more money in the seller’s pocket. Where else can you invest no money up front, and likely have a projected return of 40% based on documented results? With our design expertise and track record, beautiful furnishings and generous terms, no seller should deny their home investment the advantage of professional staging.

A home can be staged when it is vacant or lived in. For example, just by adding beautiful accessories, wall hangings, area rugs etc, can completely change the look, feel and value of a home.

We own our own designer furnishings and can stage within a week to 10 day’s notice.
